Diet
reform is a challenge to our present way of life. It’s the most important
aspect of our brain-body-system and should be regarded as a cultural change
rather than a temporary health-related act.
Typically,
the main reward of diet reform is considered to be the emotional benefits
arising out of weight reduction, but a truly well-designed diet reform first
takes into consideration not weight reduction, but the overall development,
detoxification and it becomes a fuel to maximize the potential of the
brain-body-system. It is designed to healthy structural stuff, rejuvenate and
cleanse the system, and not be a reaction to only reduce weight-related
frustrations.
Diet
and temptation about food are not two ends but actually two sides of the same
important coin. One has to understand the meaning of both. Without food, one
cannot survive, but without hunger, one cannot survive in the right way.
Because the right kind of diet reform develops into an inherent natural hunger.
Indeed, “Eating without hunger is a great crime” of our day. (Similarly
‘excreting with respect’ is a great prime that is not acknowledged enough.)
Right
diet will ultimately eliminate unwanted weight, fat and toxins but will
simultaneously correctly develop the brain-body-system. It will become a natural
and fittest medicine for the brain-body-system, resulting in a completely
effective metabolism that recognizes food as fuel and realizes completely its
wholesome nutritional benefits. There will be no need to consume food by
counting calories. Diet reform is the natural approach, comprehensive and
complete!
The Neo dietetic principles:
Ultimate objective
of diet reform:
Brain-Body-System Purification
Right return: Eating and fueling.
Right quality: Only fresh food.
Right time: Hunger to be
fulfilled only at the time of feeling it, and not to be extended or
manipulated.
Right quantity: Food to be taken
at time of hunger, and to be stopped at its satisfaction.
