No doubt because of current government policy risk is every where. Country like India those are coming under pressure of influence of risk and progressions.

But positions like Chairman or MD or CEO or Ditectors are under exstream state of high risk & pressure, any thing when it is wrong, it directly affects their existence and state of curreny empire. If the is banking business then it directly affecting them or banking businesses. These days RBI policy is very strict, any offence on at any level it coming under judiciary, it is immediatly coming under high penalty, becauae of that these days there are very few people those are coming forwards to take such position of the director, no doubt becauae of rhat they get higher remuneration too. in India currently there are approximately 2 lacks 50 thousand directors post are vacant, because of risk people are not coming foraward to take charge vollentarilly, very few of them are ready to accept such type of high profile risk position, no doubt all of them are highly qualified and knowing their job, When superior people are ready to take high risk, menace it is directly affecting there existence and survival. it is also found that many of them are suffering from acute as wel as chronic health disorders like cardiovascular disorders.
Now serious question abraply came in my mind, to deal with these kind of people thosr ate under risk and responsibilities, don't you think perpetual flow of Surplus Energy is needed to them, but people those are active in high risk profile they need is more serious.
