Work Reform...

I AM THIS



The area of responsibility…

 



Recently my nephew came to me, he has got a job as a Chief Sales Executive of India and surrounded countries in the foreign company, last month when his immediate boss and owner of the company came to India, they decided spot for their office and instantly fixed, and it is beautiful 840 sqfts office in the prime place. They are going to developing office cum showroom. 

In this office total team of the people is two including my nephew and earlier officer who was looking after installation work. Such a nuclear team is going to be making difference in the area of business. Owner of the company also invited my nephew in Germany for the 15 days training. End of the training boss of the company asked to my nephew, we have higher expectation from you. 

When theme of the work is a choice, to make a difference in the area of present business, then it is becoming a challenging matter. To reach and meet that challenges 100% commitment is needed, normally when decision related business is made by superior, we assume it became a baby of seniors and owner. It is functional serious issue of the business houses, when decision which have been taken by superiors on the basis of vision, then how it will be everybody’s mission. 

Generally it is found that, management made huge expenses on the training, retreat, guidance, coaching, and explanation. But do they get expected result? Many times it becomes a wastage of money, time and resources. Then what will be solution, do they avoid such type of training?

From very begging corporate industries are struggling hard, how we can make people self actualized and responsible? Responsibility is not the area of imposition but it is area of choice. No doubt every body keeps their choice subject to their comfort. As soon as they found comfort level is disappearing they tend to leave and re-accommodate themselves at the level of their comfort. Because of such kind of attitude objectives of the management hampered often and also to make people responsible is out of question. 

I AM THIS  is not a miraculous solution to the corporate management, but it is one more dimension, where one can develop PARALLEL LINE with his/her present area of work and self being. When I am sharing I AM THIS, then meaning of these three ward is, what ever I am PHYSICALLY, MENTALLY, EMOTIONALLY, INTELLECTUALLY, EGOISTICALLY, INTUITIVELY and  SPIRITUALLY is like this. It is the bold step to confess what exact I am. When we confess, means we accept reality of being also ready to accept plusses and minuses of the overall personality and action too. 

I AM THIS is not the superficial attempt of the life but it is the confession of responsive attempt of the life and its well being. It is the area of introspection; it is the area of self evaluation and presentation.
Now question is why should some one accept and bring himself influence of “AA BAIL MUZE MAAR”. It is the self define and design path of being, it is not area of selection today and reject tomorrow, It is area of responsibility and perpetual sustainable choice and marriage to self define and refine cause of life, work and relationships. It is the area of self enhancing and governing by objective to reach at the destination of confidence and optimum satisfaction.  No matter what attraction could not have DE-powered you and your objective.
