Day before yesterday on 12^th of October, closed friend of mine call me at 11.30 am, Rekhesh are you at home, generally I do operate my work from residence, I asked him! When you want to come, just now, he told he was reaching within 20 minutes, I told him OK, now I am in bank, as soon as I finish my work will reach home, do come. 

He came with his younger brother and immediately enter in the study room, he told me Rekhesh listen, my daughter chosen companion for her and going to marry with him, you know, he is not from our community,  the boy is serving some where in suburb.  Immediately his brother abruptly told me, how it is possible, it is not right choice, boy is from totally different community, do you, no one eats onion and garlic, and this boy eat every thing. How my niece will survive rest of her life, don’t you think it is really impossible to her!  

Looking to the event, everybody were influence by stress, especially girls mother ( Bhabhi = friends wife ) was very much stress up, she could not able to accept this episode, how come my daughter fixed her future companion without of my knowledge. When girl’s elder uncle came to know this incidence, he immediately told my friend, what is the problem, celebrate this event and arrange her marriage as per her will. Actually he is the founder of Family Managed Business, because him whole family come up, because of every bodies support now whole business is in surplus. I could able to understand him, Earlier, when I I  have conducted 

FMB discourse on 5^th of August, his presence enlighten participants,  he appeal, our community should leave Mumbai and settle  in native, if we will sale our present property today, can you think, how much money we will be fetch, by that huge money we can start new business and create sustainable development of the native and create huge employment with minimum production cost because of cheap wages.

Now question is girl’s mother – father and whole family could not able to digest this event and how come member of the family could able to assimilate and come to the conclusion.

Fare enough solution will going to come in the matter of time, but looking into the present situation, girl and her mother is under tremendous stress. As per the past studies, if present state of stress is not released immediately, otherwise it is fatal. I understood the emergency of the episode. 

When her uncle finished his conversation, immediately my friend asked me tells me what I should do, what is the solution? 

When ever such type of events happens in the family, normally people want immediate solution. But this is the area of not solution but, it is the matter of the lives. Immediate action is necessary other wise delay decision could drift them anywhere; there is possibility of end result could be fatal. 

Because of consistent pressure, insecurity, guilt girl was disturbed very much, she stop talking to the immediate family member. She started keeping her alone. Pressure and loneliness may make her mind to further disturb, and make her ready to leave home or die. 

Events occurs knowingly or unknowingly  in the family or join family, whole family structure get hampered, we lost communication, comfort, focus, peace, harmony , health and last it create negative attack on our livelihood activities like FMB or business or profession or vocation or service field…
