Leaders are leader becauae have multible expertise. These expertise are time to time expressed by their skill of leadership. Thought they are to be known to be leader, but how many of us are able to keep track of habits.
Many times some habits are nef of profeasion, some of them are usedul for family, some of them are became recognised as a brand. or some of them are ecame status symbol. Many times how we are became slave of these habit we can not believe.
When habits use to be formed unknowingly, those kind of habits. formed unknowingly, then they are never ever seen again in life span because that particular habit get formed without our notice. 
One of my client is really successful business man, they are supplierrs. They supply goods in bulk to shipments. They do job work, job work people are suppling goods yes together. Because of long relationship they never ever check or audit goods. What ever goods when ever demanded they were directly suppling good a from job work. Once shipping company purchase new vassals, on enogretion ceremony my client has been invited for the same. At the end of the ceremony chief purchaser met to my client but CP was upset.  He immediately expressed these days foods are.not found at the mark. Size of the supplied goods is short by 1 to 2 inches. when my client heard this he a was very much upset. He assure him for correction in next assignment and shown positive interest for settlement.
