The Board of Governance authority is know as true power station of executives. If power sources is diciplated or Surplus Energy is missing in them. Then what is the use either Top Manahement or board do directors are ether active or dormant.
If shareholder want to be satisfied or peun to be deciplined, health.safety & environment rules to be implemented or reduction of variable expenses or institutional sponcerships to be alloted or legal urgent applications are the important kind of decision at the board as well as Top Management execution always decends from the Board of Directors. Anybody notice Why these kind of strategy and policy is not implemented that is not because of employees but because of Board & Top Manahement and there crystal clear documentation and the area of regular connectivity to get precise feedback in time and at regular intervals.
I think whenever management is expecting result then major responsibility is their not only Top execution but many time it is found that because of busy schedule or trusting nature or lack of decipline or state of lazy ness is the major cause of failure only because of team of board of directors.
It is may time because of illness or lack of energy or monotonous nature of work. But main reason is different
If Board is expecting some thing better and effective result then team of the Top management should think about Surplus Energy instead off training programs for them and employees.
Here we have functionally found when energy is in Surpluses them level of enthethusum increased in multi fold.
Recently when we have taken feedback after THE corporate coaching of Top management of Cosmos Bank after four week of regular coaching of THE to the management program one of them mentioned in his feedback form " "Now! I am feeling very good I have positive energy and physical energetic and I am enjoying work"
Just before four week his blood pressure was 164/94 pulsesssion was 101. Now it is 154/88 and pulseasion is 98 without any kind of medication. and he declared volunteerily, " I want to participate 2016 Half Marathon. I will make body like you".
Why this top management exwcuive found enjoyment in his work without any major change in his work and why flow physical energy higher without any medication or tablets. but not because of some thing happened exertnaly. but because of Surplus Energy.
His level of stress is reduced. Belive me better work execution or strategy formation or motivation is also depend upon Surplus Energy.
Now at this junction can aboard or Top management will be boldly accept, positive results are not papering not because of employees but because of lack of Surplus Energy.
Let us declared at the level of Board & Top.Management We will not blame anybody before experiencing Surplus Energy and articulate power of communication.
