What is the need of GDC rather than national GDP!

Many of us know DEFINITION of 'Gross Domestic Product - GDP' The monetary value of all the finished goods and services produced within a country's borders in a specific time period, though GDP is usually calculated on an annual basis.
If we think about
But How many of us known important & the DEFINITION of 'Gross Domestic Character - GDC' then I think it will be The human value of all the inherent workforce and reliable autthentic services & products produced within a country's borders in a specific time period, though GDC is should be calculated on an annual basis.
Credential of Nation is in Global or  International market. National GDC is unavoidable to create sustainable business and perpetualsource of business. 
If National GDC is not at the mark then there are always chances of failure in Global & Domadtic market and strong chances of future Nationwide poverty.
It is the right time we Indian should understand and to be proactive in the same direction with vision & action plan.
It is not only advice but strong warning those are in business and service field.
