Instead of dropping head forward will lift and hold both hands front of face and hold cellphone by both hands exactly front of face.
Eyes will see screen horizontally not downward.

Keep both hands front of forehead and push head front against palms.
Keep both hands behind head and push head behind against palms.
Keep right hand palm at right side of head and push head right against palm.
Keep left hand palm.at left side of head and push head left against palm.
Maintain each position for four to five gentle breaths.
