Are you destroying nutritional values of vegetables

Human Brain-Body-System is unique combination of approximately 108 elements. Food which we eat regularly it should have capacity to fulfill needful elements but normally pathologically many of us are failed to prove that.  Because of that Dr. Always recomments multi vitamins tablets like syndrome. 
Pathelogically doctors are right because defeciency, they priacribe needful medicines as per modern medical science. 
But when we start thinking differently then there is the way, where we can manage such type of problem naturally. 
Modern medicines are.artificial subtitle to resolve minerals deficiency problem.
Now question is what is available naturally? 
When such same question was asked during my lecture, answer of this question is found  very much interesting. I would like to share in next paregraph. 
When ever we consume varitiea of vegetables in our regular daily diet them problem has be resolve. But it is found that diet do fullfill our needs.
Now question is why it is happening?

Answer is very simple...
Are we consume our regular vegetables with it is oroginal fragrance? Are these  vegetables are semi cooked state?
Why fresh vegetable has basic trace elements and they are ultimate to the mankind than factory produce elements?

 
Brain-Body-System needs photo synthesis based trace elements. Plant Kingdom Is the only source of trace elements rather than machanically made factory based elements.
Why vegetables should not be over cooked, with very little spices and it has to be eatb it's original fragrance is advisable?
All vegetables has its own fragrance,  because each elements has its own fragrance, fragrances represents original trace elements,  if we will develop habit to eat vegetables in this form, I am assuring,  you will get original all needdul essenrial.trace elements in natural form and you will not need to consume multi vitamins tablets.

bits of vegetables should not be tiny, it should not be less than one ench..

Vegetables should wash before cutting vegetables should not.be wash after cutting. 

Vegetables should cut at the time of preparation not in hours in advance. 

Vegetables should store in normal temperature, not keep in deep.freedz.

If you incorporates these simple methods, then one more avenue will.open to live naturally. It is the non ainvesive way to stop further restoration or incorporates of trace elements in you regular diet.
