Why Culture of Mission Statement to be Established !
Today early morning I had been to drop my wife, I dropped her and reached to the garden, earlier whenever I was going there It was very much pleasant experience. I was always charged and excited to move around that garden, waiting and expect one of my client's visual presence, rarely it was happening during my attempt but my mind was very much engrossed during that time slought, but today I came here after very long interval of time, I found some thing is missing, I was not exited & keen to walk in that garden, my charm was gone, I was very much dull and lazy. I do not like to come out from my car. I was recollecting past collection of photogenic memories.
Exactly how many of us are experiencing same.
Earlier it was very much clear, whenever I was coming to this area, one of my dynamic client in one of that building, year together I had been to him, whenever he was calling me on my professional visit, I was exciting to going to him, he had such a magenatice personality, no doubt currently there are thousand of renowned and influencing personalities, they are already in there offices, but I was missing him very badly, because he had left this area and settle some whereelse.
This the life, we human being are always find attachment or dittachment because of habits. attachment always grow knowingly and unknowingly, that's why many of us are experiencing same kind of feeling whenever our attached personalities retires, disappears, lost or left we lost out interest.
Whenever team. leader, superior anchore, boss or associates or companion or partner left, company or field or association or institution we feel panicky and we looses interest in that field or area or project, don't you think It is direct loss to that establishment or company or empire because of dissatisfaction or wondering of mind elsewhere and interest get distracted in that area of work.
It is crucial or challenging area to the management to lead company as per earlier tempo because of psychological deviation, now question is how to overcome such type of situations employees and check financial losses.
That's why it an responsibility of people those are at the board or top managerial position or superior or leaders those are dealing such kind of position.
Now it is an important question before management, How to resolve such type. of situation and overcome in time.
Leader who has vision, mission, projection and series of responsible of action they should note...
They should be proactive.
Management should think and handle such situations in advance.
They should have alternative solutions and make people inter dependent unconditionally.
Inter dependent culture can not be develop in a day, it need to nurture special quality in employees.
It is proactive action plant for each and every business houses and corporate management.
Many of them do not work for money but they always work for management and also in house anchors, or leaders or superiors.
How overall followship develop among employees and unconditional work culture among people those are attached to management that should be main objective of management
that's why companies mission, vision, projection and action plan has to be crystallised lived and practically attractive on ground of omnipresent.
That kind of work culture is ultimate objective of management.

That's why it is the first priority of the board to nurture crystal clear culture in the staff or associates or shareholder or employers or employees or suppliers should be attached and assimilate mission statement for overall growth of company not to the individual personalities.
